What to document before calling
- Where pests are seen and when activity is worst
- Kitchen, bathroom, drain, garage, yard, or trash-area patterns
- Recent plumbing, irrigation, or moisture issues
- Pet food, stored food, cardboard, or clutter conditions
- Whether neighbors or shared walls may be involved
